摘  要:为了研究海底管道泄漏规律,评估管道泄漏风险,建立了海底长输管道泄漏模型,研究了不同孔径、持液率及管道高程对泄漏过程的影响,探讨了在不同响应时间下的泄漏总量及介质损失。研究结果表明:泄漏速率随泄漏孔径增大而增大,小孔泄漏或管道破裂时,泄漏速率上升较缓;管道内持液率低于0.08%时,液体含量对管道泄漏点压力及泄漏速率的影响较小,大于此值时,随着持液率的增加,管道压力及泄漏速率明显降低;对于不同响应时间下的总泄漏量,响应时间越长,泄漏量越大,直接经济损失越高。研究结果可用于海底天然气管道泄漏风险分析及事故预警。To study the leakage laws of submarine pipelines and assess the risk of pipeline leakage,a model on the leakage of submarine long-distance pipeline was established. The influence of different pore sizes,liquid holdup and pipeline elevations on the leakage process was studied,and the total leakage amount and medium loss under different response time were discussed. The results showed that the leakage rate increased with the increase of leakage pore size,and the leakage rate increased more slowly in case of small pore leakage or pipeline rupture. When the liquid holdup in the pipeline was less than0. 08%,the liquid content had little effect on the leakage point pressure and leakage rate of the pipeline,and on the contrary,the pressure and leakage rate of the pipeline decreased significantly with the increase of the liquid holdup. For the total leakage amount under different response time,the longer the response time,the greater the leakage amount,and the higher the direct economic loss. The results can be applied in the risk analysis and early-warning emergency on the leakage of submarine gas pipelines.
