摘　　要：景德镇陶瓷手工业"工匠精神"主要包含尊师重教、精益求精、求真务实、爱岗敬业等内涵,在一千多年的发展中经历了萌芽、形成、成熟、传承开放等不同的发展阶段,需采取在高校加强培育工作、加强市场监管力度、整体提高社会地位等有效策略。＂Craftsman spirit＂ advocated by Jingdezhen ceramic handicraft industry mainly includes respecting teachers, pursuing excellence, seeking truth, being dedicated to work, etc., which has seen over its development of a thousand years germination, formation, maturation, inheritance and opening up. In the contemporary age, effective measures should be taken to strengthen its cultivation by incorporating it into higher education, tightening market supervision and raising the social status of craftsmen.
