摘 要:将"工匠精神"融入高校思想政治教育工作是时代发展的现实要求,也是推动思想政治教育改革、提升高校人才培养质量的重要路径。工匠精神所具有的育人功能、规范功能以及激励功能,与高校思想政治教育具有高度的契合性。为更好地将思想政治教育与工匠精神有机融合,应以工匠精神为引领创新高校思想政治课程体系,以工匠精神为指导优化高校思想政治教学方法,以工匠精神为标尺推进高校思政师资队伍建设,将工匠精神培育与高校校园文化建设充分结合。The integration of "artisan spirit" into ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a realistic requirement for the development of the times. It is also an important path to promote ideological and political education reform and improve the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities. Artisan spirit has the function of educating people, regulating functions and motivational functions, and ideological and political education in colleges and universities have a high degree of fit. In order to make the organic integration of the ideological and political education and the cultivation of artisanal matters, we should let the artisan spirit lead the innovation of the ideological and political course system in colleges and universities, optimize the ideological and political teaching methods with the craftsman spirit, promote the construction of ideological and political teaching staff in universities with the craftsmanship as the yard stick, and make artisanal culture and college campus culture fully integrated.
