摘　　要：科技服务业具有人才和智力密集、技术含量和附加值高、创新性和产业渗透性强、发展潜力和辐射带动作用显著等特点,是全球产业竞争的战略制高点,也是推动产业结构升级优化的关键。文章分析了江苏新常态下科技服务的发展现状及问题,并提出了相关对策建议。The science and technology service industry featuring the characteristics of intensive talent and intelligence,advanced technology content and high-added value,strong capacity for innovation and excellent industrial penetration,noticeable potential development as well as prominent radiation and driving effects.Therefore,it is regarded as a strategic commanding point in the global industrial competition to move forward the upgrading and optimization of industrial structure.This article analyzes the current status and existing problems of the development of science and technology services in Jiangsu under the new normal state,and proposes some related countermeasures and suggestions.
