摘　　要：目的观察人工饲养子一代尖吻蝮蛇的越冬繁殖与冬眠周期性节律关系。方法对已发育成熟的尖吻蝮蛇子一代蛇,研究其在非冬眠温度(25~29℃)和冬眠温度(11~14℃)条件下,交尾、产卵与冬眠情况。结果保持正常冬眠条件饲养的子一代尖吻蝮蛇,可以正常产卵并孵化,而破坏冬眠条件的则不能正常产卵。结论维持尖吻蝮蛇的冬眠周期性节律对尖吻蝮蛇的繁殖具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the relationship between the hibernation and breeding for the first filial generation mature Dienagkistrodon acutus. Methods We studied the mating behavior,spawning,overwintering and breeding for the first filial generation mature Dienagkistrodon acutus in the non-natural and normal conditions,which are at the 25~29℃ and 11~14℃. Results The first filial generation mature Dienagkistrodon acutus can normally spawn and incubation in the natural hibernation conditions,but not in the non-natural conditions. Conclusion To keep the suitable temperature,humidity and hibernaculum is very important for the snake breeding in the wintering period.
