不同容量水囊引产在足月妊娠促宫颈成熟中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析不同容量水囊引产在足月妊娠促宫颈成熟中的临床效果。方法将2014年2月~2017年2月在我院进行引产的180例足月妊娠产妇为研究对象,根据随机法分为A、B、C三组,每组60例。其中A组选择30ml小水囊,B组选择80ml小水囊,C组选择150ml小水囊,并观察统计三组产妇引产后的宫颈成熟疗效、宫颈评分和新生儿Apgar评分情况。结果A组产妇的促宫颈成熟有效率低于B组和C组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组产妇的Bishop评分低于B组和C组,组间比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组新生儿的Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大容量水囊引产在足月妊娠促宫颈成熟的效果较好,有较高临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of induction of cervical ripening in full-term pregnancy with different volume water sacs induction. Methods We analyzed 180 cases of induced labor of full-term pregnancy collected in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2017,According to the law of random,it can be divided into three groups：A,B and C,Each group was allocated 60 cases.In group A,30 ml small water sacs were selected,Group B,80 ml small water sac,And C group 150 ml small water sac;the cervical ripening efficacy,cervical score and Apgar score of three groups of women after labor induction were observed and counted. Results The efficiency of cervical ripening in A group was lower than that in group B and group C,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the Bishop score of the A group was lower than that of the B group and the C group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;there was no significant difference in Apgar scores between the three groups,and there was no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion For the full term pregnancy women,promoting good cervical ripening effect of large capacity water sac,has high clinical application value.
