摘 要:以猪和鸡为主的单胃动物是我国目前饲养量最大的畜禽动物,其肠道菌群与动物体臭气产生密切相关。文章分析了单胃动物肠道细菌群落结构及影响因素、单胃动物体臭气类型及产生机制,了解肠道细菌代谢与其臭气产生的关系,为有效减少动物体臭气的产生,降低畜禽养殖对生态环境的压力,奠定理论基础。Currently,swines and chickens which belong to monogastric animals are the largest livestock and poultry population in China.It had been reported that the odor production has close relationship with intestinal bacteria community.This paper analyzed the structure and influential factors of intestinal bacteria community in monogastric animals,as well as the types and production mechanisms of odor in monogastric animals to understand the relationship between intestinal bacteria metabolism and odors production.It will provide a theoretical basis for effective reduction of odor production and the ecological environment pressure of livestock and poultry farming.
