补硒对牧区育成母羊抗氧化性能的影响

摘　　要：为探讨补硒对昭苏牧区育成母羊血清微量元素硒、铜、锌含量及抗氧化性能的影响,试验选取体质健康、年龄(7~8月龄)及体重(36.43±1.90kg)相近的新疆细毛羊育成母羊40只,随机分为2组,每组20只。试验组母羊按0.05mg/kg肌注亚硒酸钠,对照组不做处理,在注射前和注射后第30天采集血样。结果表明:试验组育成母羊血清硒含量较对照组明显升高(P<0.01);铜、锌含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。补硒提高了试验组育成母羊血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力(P<0.01)、总超氧化物歧化酶和铜锌超氧化物歧化酶活力(P<0.05),降低了血清丙二醛含量(P<0.01)。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of selenium supplementation on serum selenium, copper, zinc contents and antioxidant status of growing ewes in Zhaosu pastoral area. 40 Xinjiang fine-wool growing ewes in good health and with similar age （7-8 months） , similar body weight （36.43±1.90） kg,were randomly divided into two groups, 20 growing ewes in each group. The treatment group was treated with intramuscular injection of sodium selenite at 0.05 mg/kg, while the control group was not treated. Blood samples were collected from growing ewes before injecting and at 30 day after injection. The results showed that the serum concentration of Se was significantly higher in growing ewes of treatment group than control group （ P 〈0.01）, while serum concentration of Cu and Zn were identical in growing ewes of both groups （ P 〉0.05）. Selenium supplementation enhanced the serum glutathione peroxidase （GSH-PX） activity （ P 〈0.01）, total superoxide dismutase（T-SOD） and copper-zinc-superoxide dismutase （CuZn-SOD） activity （ P 〈0.05）, and serum malondialdehyde（MDA） content was decreased significantly （ P 〈0.01） in growing ewes.
