摘  要:甲醛在水环境中来源广泛,对人体健康危害较大,甲醛的测定在环境监测中有重要意义。AHMT分光光度法中,显色时间和显色温度对测定结果有一定影响。通过在不同的显色条件下得出的试验空白值吸光度和绘制出的回归曲线斜率和相关性比较,探讨的最佳显色条件。试验表明,AHMT分光光度法测定甲醛时,应控制室温在20℃,显色时间可相对延长。Formaldehyde comes from a wide range of sources in the water environment,which is harmful to human health. The determination of formaldehyde is of great significance in environmental monitoring. When measuring formaldehyde by AHMT spectrophotometry,experimental results are affected by thechromogenic time and temperature. In this paper,the optimum conditions of AHMT Spectrophotometry are discussed by comparing the absorbance of the experimental blank value and the slope and correlation of the regression curve drawn under different circumstances. The experimental results show that the room temperature should be controlled at 20℃ and the chromogenic time can be prolonged when the formaldehyde is determined by AHMT spectrophotometry.
