吻合器痔上黏膜环切术联合外剥内扎术治疗中重度痔疮的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术和外剥内扎术联合治疗中重度痔疮患者的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年12月至2017年12月收治的中重度痔疮患者88例,按照治疗方案的不同分成两组各44例。对照组行单纯外剥内扎术,研究组行吻合器痔上黏膜环切术联合外剥内扎术,比较两组的相关时间指标、疼痛评分及安全性。结果研究组的创面愈合时间、手术时间、住院和日常工作恢复时间均显著短于对照组,术后疼痛评分、并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论吻合器痔上黏膜环切术和外剥内扎术联合治疗中重度痔疮患者具有显著效果,能够缩短手术时间和恢复时间,减轻术后疼痛,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （ PPH） combined with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy for the treatment of moderate or severe hemorrhoids. Methods 88 cases of patients with moderate or severe hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected. According to the treatment programs, all cases were divided into the control group （Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy） and the study group （PPH combined with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy） equally. The related time indicatos, pain score and safety were compared between two groups. Results The wound healing time, operation time, hospitalization time and recovery time of daily work of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the postoperative pain scores and incidence of complications were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions PPH combined with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy for the treatment of patients with moderate or severe hemorrhoids has significant effect and high safety, which can shorten the operation time and recovery time, and reduce postoperative pain.
