鼻内镜手术结合药物治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察鼻内镜手术结合药物治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的临床效果。方法选择120例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者,随机均分为两组。观察组采用经鼻内镜手术结合药物治疗,对照组采用单纯经鼻内镜手术治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的治愈率为80.00%,显著高于对照组的51.67%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术中出血量、术后切口愈合时间、鼻腔正常通气时间、鼻黏膜恢复时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率、治疗后1年内疾病复发率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜联合药物治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者,疾病治愈率高,可有效缩短患者术后恢复时间,降低并发症发生率及复发率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with medicine for the treatment of chronic sinusitis complicated with nasalpolyps. Methods 120 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis complicated with nasalpolyps were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The observation group was treated with endoscopic sinus surgery combined with medicine, while the control group was treated with endoscopic sinus surgery only. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 80.00%, significantly higher than 51.67% of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The intraoperative blood loss volume, postoperative incision healing time, time for normal nasal ventilation and time for nasal mucosa recovery of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. The incidence of complications and recurrence rate within 1 year after treatment of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Endoscopic sinus surgery combined with medicine for the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis complicated with nasalpolyps has high cure rate of disease, which can effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time, and reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate.
