摘 要:目的观察氧化应激反应与不育症患者精子DNA损伤的相关性。方法选择2017年3月至2017年12月在我院就诊的男性不育症患者100例作为试验组,社会征集身体健康的男性20例作为对照组,比较两组的精液常规检查、氧化应激检测、精子DNA损伤检测等相关指标。结果试验组的精液浓度、存活率及向前运动精子率等指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的MDA、DFI均显著高于对照组,SOD显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。氧化应激指标和精子DNA损伤呈明显正相关性(r=0.25,P<0.05)。结论氧化应激反应可加重精子DNA损伤,是引起男性不育症的重要原因。Objective To observe the correlation between oxidative stress and DNA damage in infertility patients. Methods' A total of 100 male infertility patients in our hospital from March 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the experimental group, and 20 healthy men were selected as the control group. The related indicators of semen routine examination, oxidative stress detection and sperm DNA damage detection were compared between the two groups. Results' The concentration of semen, survival rate and progressive rate of sperm of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P 〈0.05). The MDA and DFI of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, while the SOD of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05). There was a significantly positive correlation between the oxidative stress index and the damage of sperm DNA (r 0.25, P 〈0.05). Conclusions Oxidative stress can aggravate the damage of sperm DNA, which is an important cause of male infertility.
