摘　　要：目的分析广州市白云区居民心脑血管疾病的死亡趋势及城乡差异。方法对白云区三家医院近十年上报至《死因登记报告信息系统》的所有病例进行根本死因分类及统计学分析。结果农村心脑血管疾病死亡率是城镇的10.68倍,劳力工作者的死亡率高于非劳力工作者(P<0.05);经济收入低的职业的心脑血管疾病患病时长短,死亡率高。结论农村心脑血管疾病死亡率远高于城镇,其中劳力工作者、经济收入较低者及农村地区中老年人更容易因其死亡。针对这些人群进行前瞻性健康宣传干预,做到早诊早治,可减少社会经济、家庭负担。Objective To analyze the death trend and difference between urban and rural areas in the cardio-cerebrovascular diseases of Guangzhou Baiyun district. Methods＇ All cases of the three hospitals in Baiyun district reported to the death registration report information system in recent ten years were classified and analyzed statistically. Results＇ The mortality rate of rural cardio-cerebrovascular diseases was 10.68 times that of urban areas, and the mortality rate of labor workers was higher than that of non-labor workers （P〈0.05）. The cardio-cerebrovascular diseases of the profession with low economic income had short length of illness, and the mortality was high. Conclusions The mortality rate of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases in rural area is much higher than that of town. Among them, the labor force, the low income and the rural areas are more vulnerable to death. In view- of these people＇s proactive health promotion intervention, early diagnosis and treatment can reduce social economy and family burden.
