摘  要:以聚砜(PSF)为原材料,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为添加剂,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,熔喷非织造布为支撑材料制备出聚砜复合膜。在凝固浴温度95℃条件下,改变聚砜固含量以及添加剂PVP的配比,制备不同性能的聚砜复合膜材料。测试复合膜的透气性、过滤性能、断裂强力,采用扫描电镜观察膜材料结构。结果表明,PSF的固含量对复合膜的过滤性能有直接影响。随着固含量的降低,聚砜复合膜的透气性能明显增强,截留率呈下降趋势;随着PVP的配比量的增加,透气量基本呈现增加趋势;截留率大体呈现先增后减的趋势。The polysulfone composite membrane was prepared by using polysulfone(PSF)as raw material,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP-K30)as additive,N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc)as solvent and meltblown nonwoven fabric as support material.The polysulfone composite membrane materials with different properties were prepared by changing the polysulfone solid content and the ratio of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)in the coagulation bath under 95 ℃.The air permeability,filtration performance and breaking strength of composite membrane were tested,and the structure of membrane material was observed with SEM.The results show that the solid content of PSF has a direct effect on the filtration performance of the composite membrane.With the decrease of solid content,the air permeability of polysulfone composite membrane is obviously enhanced and the rejection rate decreases.With the increase of PVP ratio,the air permeability tends to increase.The rejection rate presents a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.
