色纺纱生产前的调色、配色与对色相关技术探析

摘　　要：配色-打样-对色-色光评定是色纺纱生产前一项严格的系统工程。从色纺纱的调配色与对色的目的及重要性出发,对色纺纱调色与配色原理进行了简析,重点介绍了色纺纱打样与对色的程序及方法,认为必须在投产前做好调配色及打样对色等准备工作,才能确保批量生产的色纺纱符合设计和用户的需求。Color matching-sample making-color checking-color light evaluation is strict system engineering before the production of colored spun yarn.Starting from the purpose and importance of color modulation,color matching and color checking of colored spun yarn,this paper briefly analyzes the principles of color modulation and color matching of colored spun yarn,and mainly introduces the sample making and color checking procedure and method.It is required to prepare for color modulation,color matching,sample making and color checking before production in order to guarantee the colored spun yarns in batch production conform to design and user demand.
