植绒沙发面料笔墨去污性能的实验研究

摘　　要：研究具有易去污植绒沙发面料去除笔墨沾污的最佳方法,借助马丁代尔耐磨仪试样夹相对底座进行的圆周运动进行擦洗去污。结果表明:该植绒沙发面料具有易去除圆珠笔和中性笔笔墨沾污的能力,但仍不能去除油性笔笔墨沾污。实验确定了该植绒沙发面料易去除圆珠笔和中性笔笔墨沾污的擦洗条件为:纯棉湿毛巾布的含湿量40%,马丁代尔摩擦转动圈数40转,压力387cN。In this paper,the optimal method to easily remove ink stains on flocked sofa fabric was studied.The stains were removed by circular motion of specimen fixture of Martindale tester relative to the base.The results show that,the flocked fabric has the ability to easily remove the ink stains of ball-pen and gel-pen,and it is difficult to remove grease pencil marks.The reasonable experimental parameters of removing ink stains on flocked fabric are confirmed：moisture content of cotton wet cloth 40%,friction rotation cycles of Martindale tester 40,pressure 387 cN.
