摘 要:为解决真丝绸数码印花得色量低、精细度差等问题,选取3种糊料对真丝织物进行预处理,比较不同上浆糊料对真丝绸数码印花效果的影响。结果表明:糊料PR-3、ACD预处理的真丝织物的表观得色量明显高于海藻酸钠,且糊料PR-3得色量最高;糊料PR-3预处理的真丝织物的精细度明显高于ACD、海藻酸钠等糊料;采用增稠剂TY与糊料ACD、PR-3进行复配对真丝织物进行预处理后,其表观得色量、脱糊率均有明显提升。In order to solve the issues of low color yield and poor fineness in silk digital ink-jet printing,three pastes were chosen to pre-treat the fabric,and the effects of the different sizing pastes on the digital ink-jet printing of silk were compared.The results show that surface color yield of silk pre-treated by ACD and PR-3 are obviously higher than that pre-treated by sodium alginate,and the color yield of silk pre-treated by PR-3 is the highest.The fineness of silk pre-treated by PR-3 is obviously higher than that pre-treated by ACD and sodium alginate.After the thickener TY is compounded with pastes ACD and PR-3 to pre-treat the fabrics,that the apparent color yield and deletion rate improve significantly.
