摘　　要：针对SS8型机车段修发现的走行部探伤部件大量裂损问题,按照质量控制措施要求,对钩舌销、钩舌、钩尾框、牵引座裂纹问题逐项进行分析,提出和制定整改措施,保证机车行车安全。Focusing on the mass breakage of the flaw detection units of running gear in SS8 locomotive found in intermediate maintenance, in accordance with requirements of the quality control measures, analyzes the problems of hook tongue pin, hook clasps, this paper tongue, the hook tail box and traction crack by item the rectification measures to ensure locomotive driving safety
