摘　　要：当前医患纠纷频发,医务人员缺乏一定的医学人文素养是其主要原因之一。从医学人文素养的本质及作用出发,论述对医学生进行医学人文素养教育的必要性,并在外科护理学授课过程中进行探索。对护生的着装仪表、姿态进行严格要求,引导护生与患者进行良好、有效的沟通,教导护生对待患者一视同仁,培养护生团队协作能力等。通过这些方法可提高护生的医学人文素养。AI present, there are many disputes between medical staff and patients in the healthcare industry, which is related to the lack of medical humanities spirit. Starting from the essence and function of medical humanities, this articlediscusses the necessity of cultivating medical students＇humanity spirit and explores its promotion waysin the course of surgical nursing, including： strict requirements on dressing appearance and posture of nursing students, guide nursing students to communicate with patients well and effectively, teach students giving equal treatment to patients, cultivate team spirit and cooperation ability of nursing students. By the means of above methods to enhances the medical humanitiesspirit of nursing students
