摘　　要：2017年中国蔬菜生产继续保持稳定发展态势,产量与交易量均小幅增长,贸易维持顺差格局,价格较2016年明显下降。同时需注意的是,热点品种价格不稳定,加上卖难现象多发频发,阶段性、地域性供不应求与供过于求交替出现,蔬菜价格波动幅度依然较大。预计2018年蔬菜市场发展环境总体宽松,生产供应有保障,消费需求稳定增长,价格保持正常季节性波动态势,但需密切关注恶劣天气以及个别品种、局部地区可能会出现异常波动情况。In 2017, China＇s vegetable production continued maintaining a stable development trend. Both output and transaction volume increased slightly, and trade maintained a surplus pattern. Prices were significantly lower than those of 2016. At the same time, it should be noted that the prices of hot-spot varieties were not stable, and the phenomenon of selling hard frequently occurred. The periodical, regional supply shortages and oversupply were alternated, and the price fluctuation of vegetables was still relatively large. It was expected that the overall development of the vegetable market would be loose in 2018, the production and supply would be guaranteed, and the consumption demand would grow steadily, and the price would maintain a normal seasonal fluctuation trend, however, it would be necessary to pay close attention to adverse weather and the abnormal fluctuations that may occur in individual varieties and regions.
