摘  要:[目的]研究超干对玉米种子水分热力学特性的影响。[方法]对4个玉米品种郑单958、京单28、先玉335和农大108采用干燥处理,回湿后测定其发芽率、种子含水量、水分吸附等温线,通过3个指标来衡量种子的水分热力学特性。[结果]不同玉米品种对水分的敏感程度不同,不同时期对水分的吸收也不同。京单28和农大108是对超干燥处理较敏感的种子。测定超干前后种子水分吸附等温线及水分热力学参数可以判断种子的耐干性。[结论]从水分热力学吸附特征的角度对种子的耐干机制进行了初步探讨。[Objective]To study the effect of ultra-dry storage on the water thermodynamic characteristics of maize seeds. [Method] This had been researched four maize varieties, Zhengdan 958, Jingdan 28, Xianyu 335 and Nongda 108. Through the dry processing, the germination rate, seed water content and moisture adsorption isotherm were detected to evaluate the seed moisture thermodynamic analysis after re-humidification. [Result] Different cultivars were sensitive to different moisture content, the absorption of water was also different at different time. Jingdan 28 and Nongda 108 were sensitive to ultra-dry storage. The adsorption isotherm and the thermodynamic parameters were determined to detect the dry resistance of seeds round about the ultra-dry storage. [Conclusion]The mechanism of seed dry resistance was preliminarily discussed from the point of view of water thermodynamics characteristics.
