摘 要:[目的]研究低浓度磷酸盐对铜绿微囊藻和衣藻生长的影响。[方法]以BG-11培养基为基础,配制成不同磷酸盐质量浓度的培养基,使用叶绿素a含量与培养液吸光度作为指标检测铜绿微囊藻和衣藻的生长状况。[结果]磷酸盐是铜绿微囊藻生长的限制性因素,其浓度为0.02~0.10 mg/L时,随磷酸盐浓度增加,铜绿微囊藻生长速率增高,在磷酸盐质量浓度为0.10 mg/L时,生长情况最好;当浓度达到0.20 mg/L时,生长速率不再增高。而对于衣藻,磷酸盐质量浓度0.01~0.15 mg/L可以促进衣藻的增殖,在质量浓度为0.10 mg/L时,其生长最好;而浓度达到0.20 mg/L时,衣藻的生长出现了轻微的抑制现象。[结论]该研究可为绣源河风景区水体富营养化的评价和预防提供可靠的数据参考。[Objective]The research aimed to study the effect on the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlamydomonas reinhardtii under low concentrations of phosphate.[Method] The two alga were cultured in BG-11 medium containing different concentrations of phosphate.And this article adopted the content of Chlorophyll a and absorbance of culture medium to indicate the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. [Result] Phosphate was the limiting factor for the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa. The growth rate of Microcystis aeruginosa increased with the concentration of phosphate increased from 0.02 mg/L to 0.10 mg/L.The optimum concentration of phosphate for the growth of Microcystis aeruginosa was proved to be 0.10 mg/L.But for Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, the growth was proliferated under the phosphate concentration ranged from 0.01 mg/L to 0.15 mg/L.The optimum concentration of phosphate for the growth of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii was proved to be 0.10 mg/L.The growth status was inhibited when the concentration reached 0.20 mg/L.[Conclusion]The study provides a reliable data reference for the evaluation and prevention of eutrophication in Xiuyuan River.
