摘  要:[目的]了解莱州湾扇贝养殖区浮游植物的群落变化。[方法]于2017年5—11月每月中旬采集莱州湾10个扇贝养殖区的水样,对其浮游植物的群落变化进行研究。[结果]共检测到浮游植物5门53属90种,其中硅藻门35属65种,金藻门4属4种,绿藻门3属4种,甲藻门9属15种,隐藻门2属2种。浮游植物密度在春、秋季较大,而优势种数目在夏季最多。莱州湾扇贝养殖区浮游植物多样性指数为1.306 0~3.571 1,均匀度指数为0.365 8~0.965 0,丰富度指数为1.424 5~4.416 0。[结论]在调查期间,莱州湾扇贝养殖区浮游植物分布均匀,且群落结构比较稳定。[Objective] To understand the changes of phytoplankton community in the scallop culture area of Laizhou Bay.[Method] Water samples were collected from 10 scallop culture areas of Laizhou Bay in the middle of May to November of 2017. The changes of phytoplankton community were studied.[Result] A total of 90 species belonging to 53 genera of 5 phylum of phytoplankton were found,including 65 species belonging to 35 genera of diatom,4 species,4 genera of Chlorophyta, 4 species,3 genera of Chlorophyta,15 species,9 genera of Prorophyta and 2 species,2 genera of Cryptophyta. The density of phytoplankton in spring and autumn were larger,and the number of dominant species was the highest in summer. The diversity index of phytoplankton ranged from 1.306 0 to 3.571 1,and the uniformity index ranged from 0.365 8 to 0.965 0. The richness index of phytoplankton ranged from 1.424 5 to 4.416 0.[Conclusion] The phytoplankton was distributed evenly and the community structure was relatively stable in the scallop culture area of Laizhou Bay during the survey period.
