摘 要:[目的]研究不同光照模式对优质肉鸡血液中性激素变化的影响。[方法]选用540只0日龄的优质肉鸡S3系母鸡放于3间封闭式鸡舍内,分别在育雏期和育成期设计3种不同类型的光照模式,研究光照对优质肉鸡性器官发育及其性激素变化的影响。[结果]3组鸡输卵管和卵巢组织在早期发育缓慢,光照对其影响不显著(P>0.05),14周龄组(2)输卵管长度达到16.26 mm,显著大于组(1)和(3)(P<0.05);14周龄后卵巢表面陆续出现有白色和黄色卵泡;16周龄3组小黄卵泡数和卵巢重量差异显著(P<0.05),组(2)小黄卵泡数和卵巢重量分别为6.65个和17.42 g。10周龄3组4种性激素含量都略低,但各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。14周龄组(2)的促黄体生成素(LH)和人脑垂体促卵泡激素(PRL)含量显著高于组(1)(P<0.05),但与组(3)无显著差异(P>0.05);开产时组(2)促卵泡生长激素(FSH)、LH、睾酮(T)和PRL含量显著高于组(1)和(3)(P<0.05)。[结论]组(2)光照方案最优,可根据市场需求加以推广应用。[Objective] To study the effects of different illumination models on the changes of sex hormones in high-quality broiler. [Method] 540 0-day-old S3 line hens were selected and laid in three closed houses. Three different illumination models at the incubation and growing periods were designed to study the effects of different illumination models on the sexual organ’s development and changes of sex hormones in high-quality broiler. [Result] The development of ovary and oviduct in three groups was slow at early incubation period and illumination had few effect on the development of ovary and oviduct (P〉 0.05). At 14-week-age, the length of oviduct in group ② was 16.26 mm, which was higher than that in group ① and ③( P〈 0.05). After 14 weeks, white and yellow ovarian follicles appeared on ovary surface in succession;At 16-week-age, the number of small yellow follicle and ovary weight had significant differences among three groups( P〉 0.05), the number of small yellow follicle and ovary weight in group ② were 6.65 and 17.42 g respectively.At 10 week-age, the content of four kinds of sex hormones were lower,but there was no significant difference among three groups( P 〉0.05). At 14-week-age, the content of LH and PRL in group ② were significantly higher than that in group ① (P 〈0.05), but there was no significant difference between group ② and group ③. At the first-laying week-age, the contents of FSH, LH, T and PRL in group ② were significantly higher than those in group ① and ③ (P〈 0.05). [Conclusion] The illumination scheme in group ② was the best, so it could be popularized and applied according to market demands.
