白千层对2种草本植物的化感作用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨白千层对2种草本植物的化感作用。[方法]以不同浓度(0、10、100、1 000、10 000 mg/L)白千层树皮乙醇浸提物为供试材料,以黑麦草、苜蓿种子为受体材料,采用室内培养皿生物测定方法研究白千层树皮的化感效应。[结果]白千层浸提物对黑麦草和苜蓿的种子萌发及幼苗生长均有化感效应,在10 mg/L浓度下对黑麦草、苜蓿种子的萌发起促进作用,且能促进根和芽的生长;随着浓度的升高,促进作用减弱,化感抑制作用增强,表现出浓度效应,浓度越高抑制作用越明显。[结论]该研究结果为饲草种植、草坪建植以及白千层的绿化种植区域分布提供了参考。[Objective] The aim was to explore allelopathic effects of Melaleuca leucadendron L. on two herbaceous plants. [Method] The allelopathic effects of different concentrations （0, 10, 100, 1 000, 10 000 mg/L） ethanoll extracts of peeling bark of Melaleuca leucadendron L. on Perennial ryeqrass and Alfalfa were studied by adopting indoor Petri dish bioassay methods. [Result] The ethanol extracts of Melaleuca leucadendron L. had allelopathic effects on seed germination and seedling growth of Perennial ryegrass and Alfalfa . Under the low concentration （10 mg/L）, the extracts had promoting effect on Perennial ryegrass and Alfalfa seed germination, and could promote the growth of root length, shoot length. With the increase of concentration, stimulative effect weakened and inhibitive effect enhanced, which showed that the concentration effect, the higher the concentration was, the more obvious the inhibitive effect was. [Conclusion] The result provides reference for forage grass planting, lawn planting and green planting area distribution of Melaleuca leucadendron L..
