摘  要:[目的]品评河南省优良粳稻的食味品质。[方法]借鉴前人的研究方法,针对河南省新乡市农业科学院近几年育成的水稻优良品种或品系进行食味品评研究。[结果]初步评选出了3个食味较好的优良品种,新稻18号、新稻69和新稻89,并淘汰了食味较差的品种(品系)J1413/盐丰47-1。[结论]该研究可为加快沿黄水稻优质米育种进程,提升食味米研究水平提供参考。[Objective]To evaluate the eating quality of good japonica rice in Henan Province. [Method]According to previous research methods, the evaluation of eating quality of rice varieties or strains bred by Xinxiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences in recent years in Henan Province was carried out. [Result]3 fine varieties with good taste, Xindao No.18 ,Xindao No. 69 and Xindao No.89 were selected, and J1413/ yanfeng 47-1, which was poor in taste, was eliminated. [Conclusion]This study can provide reference for speeding up the breeding process of high quality rice along the Yellow River and enhancing the research level of taste rice.
