摘 要:为了研究在微波领域应用广泛的高频超宽带微带功分器,利用四节阻抗变换器设计了一种4~18 GHz超宽带Wilkinson功分器。首先根据四节功分器的工作原理,分析得到了功分器的初始参数;然后利用HFSS软件进行仿真建模并得到了理想化的模型;最后结合实际问题对其理想模型进行了分析并优化.仿真结果表明,优化后功分器的驻波比小于1.3,插入损耗小于0.5 dB,两输出端口隔离度小于-20 dB,说明该功分器在其工作频率范围内具有低损耗、宽带化、小型化的优良特性.In order to study the high-frequency ultra-wideband microstrip power dividers widely used in the microwave field, this paper uses four impedance converters to design a 4-18 GHz ultra wideband wilkinson power divider. Firstly, according to the working principle of the four-section power divider, the paper analyzes and obtains the initial parameters of the power divider. And then the paper employs HFSS software to simulate modeling and get an idealized model. Finally, the paper analyzes and optimizes its ideal model based on practical application. Simulation results show that the VSWR of the power splitter is less than 1.3, with the insertion loss less than 0.5 dB and the output port isolation less than -20 dB after optimization, which indicates that the power divider has excellent characteristics of low loss, broadband, and miniaturization within its operating frequency range.
