摘 要:谦比希铜矿主西矿体原来主要采用分层充填体对其进行开采,劳动强度大,生产效率低下,开采成本高,无法适应当前的矿业形势。为了提高生产效率,降低开采成本,通过引用分段空场嗣后充填采矿法,介绍其采切工程布置、回采工艺、采场中深孔布置、井巷工程支护、采场通风及采场膏体充填情况。研究结果表明,分段空场嗣后充填采矿方法在谦比希铜矿主西矿体的成功应用,极大地提高了生产效率,生产成本显著降低,取得良好的经济效益和安全效益,对其它类似工程具有一定的借鉴意义。The cut and fill mining method was applied in the Chambishi copper mine originally, it faces the problem of high labor intensity, low production efficiency and high production cost, so it can't adopted the current mining situation. In order to improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost, the sublevel open stoping subsequent with backfilling mining method was applied in the Chambishi copper mine, the layout of mining and development engineering, stoping technology, layout of medium-length hole,support of shafting and drifting engineering, stope ventilation and cemented paste backfilling are introduced. The research results show that the successful application of the sublevel open stoping subsequent with backfilling mining method in Chambishi copper mine greatly improves the production efficiency, the production cost reduced significantly, andit receives good economy and safety benefits, also it has certain reference significance for other similar projects.
