摘　　要：冶炼烟气制酸过程中F含量偏高对净化玻璃钢设备、电除雾器极线腐蚀严重,氟含量达到一定值对干吸瓷环填料甚至转化触媒均有影响,给铜冶炼长周期生产带来隐患,贵冶硫酸二系统净化工序采用水玻璃除氟工艺,对净化系统降低F含量取得了一定的效果。The high fluorine content in the process of making acid from smelting flue gas is serious or purifying the FRP equipment and corroding the electrode line of the electric mist eliminator. The fluorine content reaches a certain value which affects the filling of dry porcelain ring and even the transformation of catalyst.
