摘　　要：在德国编目规则发展史上有三部重要的编目规则,即《普鲁士规则》《字顺目录编目条例》以及RDA的《德语国家地区政策声明》。对比分析这三部编目规则的内容,无论是制定规则的思想与理念,还是具体的编目细则与实践,都发生了非常大的变化,这些变化不只影响了德国的编目实践,同时,也对我国德语文献的编目工作产生了一定的影响。本文旨在解析德国编目规则发展变化的具体体现,以期为我国今后的德语文献编目工作提供一些指导与帮助。There are three important cataloging rules in Germany,namely,the Prussian Instructions,the Rules for Alphabetical Cataloging and German National Regional Policy Statements of RDA. Through comparative analysis of the three cataloging rules＇ contents,the author finds that there are many changes in the cataloging rules and practices. These changes not only affect German cataloging practice,but also have influences on cataloging German resources in China. This article intends to study the development and changes of German cataloging rules in order to provide some instructions and help to our cataloging practice in the future.
