液化强精煎治疗精液液化异常128例

摘　　要：目的:观察液化强精煎对精液液化异常的临床疗效。方法:选择符合纳入标准的精液液化异常患者128例给予液化强精煎治疗,采用自身前后对照方法,4周为1个疗程,分别于治疗前及治疗4、8和12周后复查精液常规,观察治疗前后精液液化情况、精子浓度、精子活动率(PR+NP)、前向运动精子百分率(PR)。结果:治疗4周后,痊愈44例,有效36例,无效48例,总有效率为62.5%(80/128);治疗8周后,痊愈56例,有效36例,无效36例,总有效率为71.9%(92/128);治疗12周后,痊愈78例,有效29例,无效21例,总有效率为83.6%(107/128);治疗4、8、12周后精子浓度、前向运动率(PR)、精子活动率(PR+NP)较治疗前明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且随着治疗时间的延长,精子浓度、前向运动精子百分率、精子活动率提高越明显(P<0.05);治疗期间未出现肝肾功能异常等不良反应。结论:液化强精煎临床治疗精液液化异常效果显著,能明显缩短精液液化时间,改善精子浓度、前向运动率和精子活动率,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广使用。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Yehua Qiangjing Decoction on abnormal semen liquefaction. Methods： 128 patients diagnosed as abnormal semen liquefaction were treated with Yehua Qiangjing Decoction,four weeks were taken as one treatment course. Semen liquefaction,sperm density,sperm procession rate（ PR）,and sperm motility rate（ PR ＋ NR） were observed through semen routine examination before treatment,after one course of treatment,after two courses and three courses of treatment respectively. Results： After one course of treatment,the total effective rate was 62. 5%（ 80/128）,with 44 cured cases,36 effective cases and 48 invalid cases; after two courses of treatment,the total effective rate was71. 9%（ 92/128）,with 56 cured cases,36 effective cases and 36 invalid cases; after three courses of treatment,the total effective rate was 83. 6%（ 107/128）,with 78 cured cases,29 effective cases and 21 invalid cases. Sperm density,sperm procession rate and sperm motility rate were significantly increased after treatment compared to those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）; the increase was more significant along with the prolonged treatment（ P〈0. 05）. There were no adverse reations,such as liver dysfunction or kidney dysfunction,occured during treatment. Conclusion： The effect of Yehua Qiangjing Decoction treating abnormal semen liquefaction is remarkable; it can obviously shorten the time of sperm liquefaction; it can significantly increase sperm density,sperm procession rate and sperm motility rate; furthermore,it has no obvious adverse effects;therefore it is worth popularizing in clinic.
