全程护理对提高普外科患者心理健康状况、依从性及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探索全程护理对提高普外科患者心理健康状况、治疗依从性及护理满意度的影响。方法将来内江市第一人民医院普外科手术住院治疗的患者采用信封法分为研究组368例和对照组357例,对两组患者分别采用全程护理和常规护理,比较两组患者的心理健康状况、治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果两组患者在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖方面、敌对及偏执方面评分均差异有统计学意义(t=9.163、4.17、5.139、4.882、5.934、6.968、9.331、2.111,P<0.05),在精神病性方面评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组有96.74%患者的治疗和护理依从性好,明显优于对照组的80.39%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=48.27,P<0.001)。研究组在服务态度、技术水平、健康教育、关爱患者和心理支持方面的满意度均显著高于对照组(χ~2=62.27、52.253、45.852、85.262、62.870,P<0.001),差异有统计学意义。结论全程护理模式能够显著改善普外科手术患者心理健康状况、提高治疗依从性和护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of whole nursing in the improvement of the general surgery patients＇ mental health,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction. Methods Patients from department of general surgery treated in hospital after the operation were randomly divided into research group（ 368 cases） and the control group（ 357 cases）,respectively in two groups of patients using the whole nursing and routine care. The two groups of patients with mental health conditions,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results Two groups of patients in the somatization,force symptom,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,terror differences,hostility and paranoid are statistically significant（ t = 9. 163,4. 17,5. 139,4. 882,5. 934,6. 968,9. 331,2. 111,P〈0. 05）,psychotic differences there is no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. The treatment and nursing compliance of 96. 74 % patients in the study group were better than those in the control group（ 80. 39 %）. The difference was statistically significant（ x^2= 48. 27,P〈0. 001）. Team of nursing quality check grading scores,ward management,basic nursing,nursing documents writing and disinfection were significantly better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant（ x^2= 62. 27,52. 253,45. 852,85. 262,62. 870,P〈0. 001）. Conclusions The whole nursing model can significantly improve general surgery patients＇ psychological health,improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction.
