摘　　要：目的:观察鼓室内注射醋酸曲安奈德治疗分泌性中耳炎患者的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院门诊诊治的100例分泌性中耳炎患者,随机分为50例研究组和50例对照组,先对两组患者进行鼓膜穿刺抽液,研究组注入醋酸曲安奈德;对照组注入地塞米松磷酸钠,观察两组疗效及治疗后气导听阈变化。结果:两组总有效率分别为90%和72%,研究组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后的第2周和第4周研究组气导听阈改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无明显并发症发生。结论:应用曲安奈德鼓室内注射对分泌性中耳炎进行治疗,能使治疗后的气导平均听阈明显下降,起到良好的临床疗效,值得应用推广。Objective： To observe the effect of drum indoor injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate in the treatment of secretory otitis media. Method ： 100 patients with secretory otitis media in outpatient department of our hospital were selected, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group.First, two groups of patients underwent tympanic membrane aspiration, then the observation group was treated with Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate, while the control group was treated with Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate, the effects of two groups and the changes of the air conduction threshold after treatment were observed.Result ： The total effective rate of the two groups was 90% and 72%, respectively in the observation group and the control group, there was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the 2nd and 4th weeks after treatment, the air conduction threshold in the observation group were better than the control group, there were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and there were no obvious complications in both groups.Conclusion： The application of Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection in the treatment of secretory otitis media can make the average hearing threshold of the airway decreased significantly after treatment, and it is worthy to be popularized.
