百令胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨百令胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年3月-2016年3月笔者所在医院收治的62例早期DN患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组31例,对照组应用厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组联用百令胶囊与厄贝沙坦治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后的肾功能、血糖指标水平。结果:治疗后,观察组的CRP、24 h尿蛋白、Um Alb、SCr水平均显著低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组的FPG水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗前后的BUN水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为87.10%,明显高于对照组的64.52%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病,能够有效降低尿微量白蛋白,改善肾功能,减轻机体炎症反应,提高糖尿病肾病治疗效果。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of Bailing Capsule combined with Irbesartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Method：From March 2014 to March 2016,62 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to the author＇s hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,31 cases each.The control group was treated with Irbesartan,and the observation group was treated with Bailing Capsule and Irbesartan.The treatment effect,the renal function and blood glucose indexes before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result：The levels of CRP,24 h urinary protein,Um Alb and SCr after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in FPG levels after treatment between the two groups（P〉0.05）.There was no significant change in BUN levels before and after treatment in both groups（P〉0.05）.The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 87.10%,which was significantly higher than 64.52% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bailing Capsules combined with Irbesartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy can effectively reduce the urine microalbumin level,improve renal function,reduce the body＇s inflammatory response,and improve the therapeutic effect of diabetic nephropathy.
