米力农治疗小儿重症肺炎合并心衰的临床效果及对心功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析米力农治疗小儿重症肺炎合并心衰的临床疗效及对心功能的影响。方法:选取2015年4月-2017年2月笔者所在医院收治的重症肺炎合并心衰患儿92例作为研究对象,按照单双号法分为对照组(46例,采用常规治疗)和治疗组(46例,采用米力农治疗),评比两组心功能指标和治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后LVEF(左室射血分数)、LVSF(左室短轴缩短率)、E/A(房室瓣E、A比值)均明显高于治疗前,LVDD(左室收缩末径)低于治疗前,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米力农治疗小儿重症肺炎合并心衰效果确切,可显著改善和提升心功能,值得广泛应用于临床。Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of Milrinone in the treatment of pediatric severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure and its influence on cardiac function.Method：Ninety-two children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to February 2017 were selected as study subjects,and divided into control group（n=46） and treatment group（n=46,using Milrinone treatment）,evaluation of two groups of cardiac function indicators and treatment.Result：LVEF,LVSF,E/A ratio of atrioventricular valve were significantly higher in both groups after treatment than those before treatment,LVDD Before treatment,compared between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher,there was significant difference between the control group and the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Milrinone treatment of pediatric severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure,can significantly improve and enhance cardiac function,it is widely used in clinical.
