尼可地尔在心律失常中的研究进展

摘　　要：Nicorandil(尼可地尔)是最先应用于临床的ATP敏感钾离子通道开放剂,兼有类硝酸酯作用,因此,其上市是心绞痛患者福音,提供了另一选择。同时,临床研究也已表明,尼可地尔在各类型心绞痛(包括劳力型心绞痛和痉挛性心绞痛)中显著疗效,除能明显降低患者心血管事件的发生风险,改善预后外,在心律失常中的应用也逐渐受到重视,相关研究也逐渐增多。本文旨在通过文献回顾和专家访谈等形式,对尼可地尔在心律失常中的作用和相应的临床应用效果予以综述,进一步促进尼可地尔在心律失常中的规范使用。Nicorandil is the first application of ATP sensitive potassium channel openers in clinical treatment,and has the same effect as nitrate.Therefore,it is a great gospel for the patient for Nicorandil to be listed in the market,providing another choice for the patients.At the same time,clinical studies have shown that Nicorandil has significant effect in all types of angina pectoris,including angina pectoris and spasm angina,and can be used to significantly reduce the risk of cardiovascular events in patients,improve the prognosis.Also,application in arrhythmia has gradually received attention,and related research also gradually increased.This paper was determined to explore effect of Nicorandil on arrhythmia and its clinical effect by literature review or expert interviews and other forms of review,to further promote the standardization of Nicorandil in arrhythmia using.
