布地奈德雾化剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿哮喘患者的疗效及对血清炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的研究布地奈德雾化剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿哮喘患者的临床疗效及对血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法小儿哮喘患者98例,以数字法随机分成观察组和对照组,每组49例。其中观察组给予布地奈德雾化剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,对照组仅给予布地奈德雾化剂治疗,比较2组治疗疗效及患儿治疗前后血清CRP、IL-4、IL-6、IL-17、TNF-α变化。结果观察组显效占69.39%(34/49),总有效率为95.92%(47/49),均显著高于对照组的48.98%(24/49)、81.63%(40/49)(P<0.05);治疗前2组患儿血清CRP与TNF-α差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患儿血清CRP与TNF-α均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患儿血清IL-4及IL-6和IL-17差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患儿血清IL-4及IL-6和IL-17均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组患儿肺功能指标FVC及FEV1和PEF差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患儿FVC以及FEV1和PEF均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿哮喘患者给予布地奈德雾化剂与孟鲁司特钠联合疗法进行治疗,一方面能显著提高疗效,另一方面能显著降低患儿炎性因子水平,显著改善患儿肺功能,值得推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of budesonide alevaire aer combined with montelukast sodium on asthma in children and their effects on serum levels of CRP,IL-4,IL 6,IL-17,TNF-α of patients. Methods A total of 98 children patients with asthma who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 49） and control group（ n = 49） according to random digital table. The patients in observation group were treated by budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with montelukast sodium,however,the patients in control group were treated only by budesonide aerosol inhalation. The changes of serum levels of CRP,IL-4,IL 6,IL-17,TNF-α before and after treatment were observed and compared between two groups. Results The excellence rate in observation group was 69. 39%（ 34/49）,and total effective rate was 95. 92%（ 47/49）,which were significantly higher than those in control group [48. 98%（ 24/49）,81. 63%（ 40/49）,respectivly]（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,there were no siggnificant differences in serum levels of CRP and TNF-alpha between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the serum levels of CRP and TNF-alpha in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,there were no siggnificant differences in serum levels of IL-4,IL 6 and IL-17 between two groups（ P〈0. 05）.After treatment,the serum levels of IL-4,IL 6 and IL-17 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,there were no siggnificant differences in pulmonary function indexes including FVC,FEV1 and PEF between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the FVC,FEV1 and PEF in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）.
