稳心颗粒对糖尿病心肌病PⅢNP、心率变异性和QT离散度的影响

摘　　要：目的观察稳心颗粒对糖尿病心肌病(DCM)患者血清Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽(PⅢNP)及心率变异性(HRV)和QT离散度的影响。方法选取收治的DCM患者80例,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组(n=40)给予常规综合治疗,观察组(n=40)在常规综合治疗基础上加用稳心颗粒口服治疗,疗程均为8周。观察2组患者治疗前后PⅢNP、HRV相关指标(SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD、PNN50)及QT离散度相关指标(QTd、QTcd)的差异。结果 2组患者治疗前血清PⅢNP、HRV相关指标(SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD、PNN50)和QT离散度相关指标(QTd、QTcd)比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后8周,2组患者PⅢNP比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD、PNN50、QTd、QTcd比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒能够降低DCM患者血清PⅢNP水平,改善患者HRV及QT离散度,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the effects of Wenxin granules on serum type Ⅲ procollagen amino terminal peptide（ P Ⅲ NP）,heart rate variability（ HRV） and QT dispersion in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy（ DCM）.Methods A total of 80 patients with DCM who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were divided into control group（ n = 40） and observation group（ n = 40） according to random number table method. The patients in control group were treated by conventional comprehensive therapy,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by oral Wenxin granules,with a treatment course of 8 weeks for both groups. The serum P Ⅲ NP,HRV related indexes（ SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,PNN50）,and QT dispersion related indexes（ QTd,QTcd） before and after treatment were observed and compared between two grousp. Results There were no significant differences in serum PⅢNP,HRV related indexes（ SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,PNN50）,and QT dispersion related indexes（ QTd,QTcd） before treatment between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. However after 8-week treatment there were significant differences in serum levels of PⅢNP between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Moreover there were significant differences in SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,PNN50,QTd and QTcd between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Wenxin granules can decrease the serum levels of PⅢNP,improve HRV and QT dispersion degree of patients with DCM so as to increase clinical curative effects.
