早期半卧位联合甘露醇静脉滴注对减轻甲状腺术后头痛头晕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨早期半卧位联合甘露醇静脉滴注对减轻甲状腺术后头痛头晕症状的效果。方法将200例需要甲状腺手术的住院患者随机分为2组,术后对照组100例采取甲状腺疾病术后常规护理措施,出现头痛头晕后根据医嘱对症处理;观察组100例采取早期半卧位联合应用甘露醇静脉滴注的护理措施。结果观察组甲状腺术后2 h、4 h、6 h、12 h、24 h与对照组患者的疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.00%明显高于对照组的77.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期半卧位联合甘露醇静点对减轻甲状腺术后头痛头晕症状有临床意义。Objective To investigate the effects of early semireclining position combined with mannitol intravenous drip on headache and dizziness after thyroid surgery. Methods Two hundred patients who were ready to receive surgery were randomly divided into control group（ n = 100） and observation group（ n = 100）. The patients in control group wer treated by postoperative routine nursing,and the headache and dizziness were treated according to medical order,however,the patients in observation group were treated by early semireclining position combined with mannitol intravenous drip. Results The pain degree at 2 h,4 h,6 h,12 h,24 h after operation in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence rate of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）.Moreover the nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was 97. 00%,which was significantly higher than that（ 77. 00%） in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The early semireclining position combined with mannitol intravenous drip has important clinical significance in relieve headache and dizziness symptoms after thyroid surgery.
