摘 要:采用体外预应力技术,对某连续刚构桥进行了加固处理。以加固过程中实际监测数据为依据,利用有限元分析软件,对预应力张拉过程进行了模拟和计算。分析了结构的应力变化和竖向变形,以此确保桥梁加固施工过程中的应力变化及其变形控制在容许范围内,保证该桥能按照加固设计标准安全顺利完成施工。处理结果表明:采用体外预应力加固后,桥梁的线形有所改善,墩顶截面顶板和跨中截面底板压应力的储备均有所增加,达到了加固设计要求,从而验证了采用体外预应力加固连续刚构桥的有效性。A continuous rigid frame bridge is treated with external prestressing reinforcement,which is based on the actual construction monitoring data during the reinforcement process.The finite element analysis method software is used to simulate and calculate the process of prestressing force tension and analyze the stress and deflection of the structure.It is ensured that the stress changes and the deformation are controlled within the allowable range,and the bridge can be finished safely and smoothly according to the standards of reinforcement design in the process of strengthening the construction.The results show that the bridge linear has been improved,and the compressive stress reserve has been increased in the roof of the pier top section and the floor of the mid-span section after strengthening with external prestressing,which can meet the design requirements of the reinforcement.The validity of the reinforcement of continuous rigid frame bridge with external prestress is verified.
