摘  要:矿产资源权益金是权益价值的货币化表现形式。文章以铁矿为例,从矿产资源禀赋的差异性角度出发,基于层次分析法,建立了矿产资源权益金评价指标体系。首先对影响矿产资源权益金大小的资源禀赋因素进行描述与分析,其次是建立递阶层次结构和比较判断矩阵,并依此计算最大特征值和特征向量,沿着层次结构从上而下逐层计算,得到每个指标相对于目标层的权重值,再建立层次总排序。研究结果表明,经济区位条件是影响矿产资源权益金重要因素,其次分别是开采技术条件、资源储量条件和选冶技术条件。The mineral resource royalty is the monetary form of the royalty value. Based on the iron ore resource, from the differences in mineral resource endowments, this article established the evaluation index system of mineral resource royalty by the AHP. Firstly, resource endowment factors that affect the mineral resource royalty had been described and analyzed. Secondly, this article had built hierarchical structure and comparison matrix which were used for maximum eigenvalues and eigenvectors layer-by-layer until relative to the target layer was obtained and then get the hierarchy. The results indicated that economic location condition was the most important factor affecting the mineral resources royalty. Secondly, mining technology, resource reserves and metallurgical technology also had influences on the mineral resources royalty.
