摘　　要：随着城市环境日益恶化,城市工业用地的更新及可持续性再生利用成为研究的热点,工业遗产的保护与再利用对促进区域经济发展、延续城市文脉、保留群众集体记忆等具有重要的作用。文章以济南钢铁四分厂的更新改造及再生设计为例,分析了其历史发展、现状和存在价值,依据工业遗产保护相关政策和工业遗产的价值评价体系,对工业基地搬迁后剩余的工业建构物的价值进行了评价,以生态修复设计、地形生成、工业建筑及设施的保护及再利用方法,划分了梯形广场、活力运动区、工业遗产展示区和铁轨创意园区四大功能分区,形成集购物、展览、休闲、娱乐等于一体的后工业景观公园。As environmental problems become more and more serious,the renewal and sustainable reuse of urban industrial land has become a new research. The renewal and protection of industrial land has the potential to promote regional economic development,continue the evolution of the urban context and also improve land use while preserving the collective memory of the community. This article explores the protection and renewal of the 4 th Branch of Jinan Iron and Steel Factory,examines and discusses the conservation and regeneration of abandoned industrial buildings and structure through the ＂lens＂of urban renewal and industrial heritage conservation. The paper analyzes and summarizes the site＇s historical development,current situation and the ＂value＂of Jinan Iron Steel.and Factory The specific methods and strategies used to conduct the examination are elaborated on ecological restoration design, terrain generation, industrial building and facilities protection and reuse. The design transforms the site into a post-industrial landscape park which includes an integration of shopping areas; and exhibition,leisure and entertainment spaces.
