摘　　要：《香奁润色》为明代胡文焕编撰,收录在其《寿养丛书》中,本书为目前现存最早的妇人美容保健专著。该书总结了明代之前的中医美容方,分为十三部,收录方剂271首,包括美颜、美发、驻颜、白牙、润唇、美手、香身等各种美容方药,汇集了当时与妇人生活相关的各个方面的中医美容经验,涉及类别多,涉及范围广,叙述详细,对现代研究中医美容有很大的帮助。本文仅从美发方药方面进行论述,对美发方进行总结与归纳,希望对相关研究有所帮助。＂Xiang Lian Run Se＂ is compiled by Hu Wenhuan, a Ming Dynasty man, included in its ＂Shou Yang Cong Shu＂.The book is currently the earliest existing women＇s beauty and health monograph. The book summarizes the beauty of the traditional Chinese medicine before the Ming Dynasty, divided into thirteen parts, including prescription 271, including beauty, hair, totale, white teeth, lip, feet and hands soaking, body fragrant and other beauty prescription at that time.The various aspects of life related to the Chinese women＇s beauty experience, involving many categories, involving a wide range of narrative in detail, the modern Chinese medicine beauty has a great help. This article only from the hair side of the prescription, the hairdressing party to sum up and summarize, hope to help the relevant research.
