摘　　要：云 2 -平 1井是中原油田为开发整个云 2断块沙一下油气藏而设计的第一口中曲率水平井 ,斜深 3 2 0 0m ,垂深 2 2 3 9 6m ,水平位移 1 0 99 47m ,最大井斜 94°,水平井段长82 1m ,水泥封固段长 1 5 0 0m ,该井采用直—增—增—平井身剖面类型 ,并在水平段相方位3 1 7° ,形成多台阶、变方位的井眼状况 ,给套管顺利下入 ,水泥浆环空充满度等带来了很大的困难。通过采用自封式浮箍 ,双弓扶正器 ,漂浮技术以及强化固井准备和优化水泥浆性能措施 ,成功解决了套管顺利下入、注水泥后管内回流、套管居中、井眼高边水带窜槽等问题 ,固井施工顺利 ,候凝 48h ,经VDL测井解释 ,层间封隔良好 ,无混窜现象 。The well Yun-2-Horizontal-1 is the first medium-radius horizontal Zhongyuan Oilfield for developing the reservoir of the lower of Es l of Fault-Block of Yun 2,with the MD 3 200 m,the TVD 2239.6 m,the HD 1 099.47 m,the maximum deviation of 94°.The Horizontal section is 821 m and the cemented section is 1 500 m.The trajectory of the well is straight-build up-horizontal type.having many steps and changing angle 31.7°in the horizontal section.These well conditions brought many problems in running casing and cementing displacement.To perfect running casing back-flow inside casing,casing centralizing and channeling etc,many new tools and new techniques,such as self-shut float collar,dual-bow centralizor,floating technology,were used and the cementing preparation was emphasized the property of slurry was optimized.The cementing was completed successfully.After the 48h of WOC,VDL indicated that every formation was successfully cemented and the cementing quality was good .
