摘  要:武汉新港古龙污水处理厂处理规模为2.5万m3/d,主要处理古龙产业园的工业废水。污水处理采用水解酸化-倒置A2/O-二沉池-纤维转盘滤池-紫外线消毒工艺,尾水达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准后排入长江。污泥处理采用叠螺浓缩-化学调理-隔膜压滤深度脱水工艺,出泥含水率低于60%,满足污泥填埋标准。介绍了该工程的工艺流程、主要构筑物的设计参数及工艺特点等。The treatment scale of Wuhan Xingang Gulong wastewater treatment plant is 25 000 m3/d, and it is aimed at dealing with industrial effluent from Gulong industrial park. The process of hydrolytic acidificationconverted A2 O-secondary sedimentation tank-fiber rotary disc filter-UV disinfection was adopted by the said plant,the effluent water was discharged into Yangtze River after it had already met the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutant for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant. Spiral concentration-chemical conditioning-diaphragm squeeze was used as the advanced sludge dewatering process, the water content of the sludge after the treatment was lower than 60%, which met the sludge landfill standard. The design parameters and characteristics of the process flow and the main structures of the said project were introduced.
