摘  要:为了快捷方便地确定CD4046中VCO外围元件的数值,本文探讨了CD4046 VCO的工作原理,根据电路结构推导了振荡器的工作频率,给出了确定外围元件数值的试调方法,并例举确定了某芯片29 475~36 025 Hz振荡器的电容为3.98 nF、电阻为13.102 kW和6.255 kW。研究结果表明,VCO的振荡频率与电路反转电位差和振荡电容的大小成反比,与电阻设定的振荡电容充电电流成正比,但由于分散性很难精确计算。使用试验调整的方法直接确定电容、电阻的数值可以避免使用复杂的公式法或繁琐的图表法。In order to quickly and easily determine the value of peripheral components of VCO in CD4046,the working principle of CD4046 VCO was discussed,frequency of oscillator was derived according to the circuit structure,the try-adjust method for peripheral element value was provided,and it identified capacitance is 3.98 nF,resistance is 13.102 kW and 6.255 kW in a 29 475~36 025 Hz oscillator. The results show that the oscillation frequency of VCO is inversely proportional to the reversal potential difference of the circuit and the oscillating capacitance,and is proportional to the charging current of the oscillating capacitor setting by resistors,but it is difficult to calculate precisely for the dispersion. The direct determination of the value of the capacitance and resistance by the try-adjust method can avoid the use of complex formulas-method or fussy diagrams-method.
