摘　　要：随着通信应用深入到国计民生的每个角落,爆炸式增长的业务需求对基础传输网络提出了更高的要求。光缆资源作为重要的基础通信设施,其可用性直接影响通信连接与信息传输的质量。通过对省际干线光缆普查测试,确定省际光缆网发展的总体目标及实现路线图,并针对全国各省省际干线光缆网发展中存在的问题寻找解决方案。With the communication application has spread to every corner of national economy and people＇s livelihood, the explosive growth of business demand has raised higher requirements for the basic transmission network. As one of the important basic communication facilities, the availability of optical fiber directly affects the quality of communication connection and information transmission.The overall goal of provincial cable network development is set through general surveys and tests of the provincial trunk optical cable,and the solutions to solve the problems existing in the development of provincial trunk optical cable network are given.
