摘 要:研究轮毂轮缘的结构设计与工艺控制方法.提出了基于动静法的等效静态非线性轮毂门槛实验的有限元分析计算方案,对比实验结果,验证了计算的准确性.通过有限元分析可知:在轮唇结构参数中,轮唇的径向尺寸对其抗冲击性能影响较大;在轮毂的材料参数中,屈服应力对轮毂的轮缘抗冲击性能影响最大.此外,基于所得到的轮毂轮缘的几何参数和材料参数对轮毂抗冲击性能的影响规律,轮毂轮缘要严格进行工艺控制以提高其塑性性能,进而提高其抗冲击性能.The structure design and process control method of wheel rim was studied. Based on dynamic and static method,and equivalent static nonlinear wheel threshold test,the finite element computing scheme was proposed,The accuracy of computing was verified by the experimental results. Through the finite element analysis,the result shows that the radial dimensions and the material yield stress of wheel lip have more influence on its impact resistence. In addition,based on obtained influence rules of impact resistence,the process control of wheel rim must be done strictly to improve its plastic property and impact resistence.
