深海鱼油对心血管亚健康体检者的干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究深海鱼油对心血管亚健康体检者的干预效果。方法采用随机双盲对照实验,将180例心血管亚健康的健康体检者随机分为两组,干预组服用深海鱼油胶囊,安慰剂组服用玉米油胶囊,随访3个月。比较干预前后体检者的亚健康问卷评分、体质指数、血压、血脂等指标的变化。结果 162例体检者完成干预(鱼油组77例,安慰剂组85例),干预前两组各项指标差异无统计学意义;两组干预结束时亚健康问卷评分、体质指数、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均有明显下降(P<0.05);其中干预组的亚健康问卷评分、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的变化与安慰剂组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论深海鱼油对心血管亚健康的防治是有效的。Objective To study the effect of deep sea fish oil on cardiovascular sub-healthy checkups.Methods A randomized,double blind,controlled trial was conducted and 180 cardiovascular sub-healthy checkups were randomly divided into two groups.The intervention group took deep sea fish oil capsules and the placebo group took corn oil capsules and were followed up for3 months.The scores of sub-health questionnaires,body mass index,blood pressure,blood lipids and other indicators of checkups were compared before and after intervention.Results Intervention was completed by 162 patients（ 77 in the fish oil group and 85 in the placebo group）. There was no significant difference in the indicators of the two groups before the intervention. Sub-health questionnaire scores,body mass index,total cholesterol,and low density lipoprotein cholesterol of two groups was significantly decreased at the end of the intervention（ P0. 05）.The scores of sub-health questionnaires,total cholesterol,and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the intervention group were significantly different from those in the placebo group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The deep sea fish oil is effective in preventing and treating cardiovascular sub-health.
