摘  要:分析和总结以往物流供应商选择存在的问题,建立物流供应商考核评价指标体系,并引入TOPSIS法,构建数学优化模型,根据各个物流供应商评价指标与理想值的距离远近进行排序,使物流合作伙伴选择更为科学、合理。对模型进行例证分析,发现该方法具有较好的实用价值和推广价值。It involves a variety of complicated factors for an enterprise to choose a logistics supplier, which is a typical multi-attribute decision making issue. After summarizing and analyzing the problems concerning logistics supplier selection, this paper puts forward the index system for evaluating logistics suppliers, and constructs a mathematical optimization model with Topsis method. Logistics suppliers are ranked according to the distance between evaluation indices and ideal value, which makes the choice of logistics supplier more scientific and reasonable. Through the analysis of model examples, this method has proved to be practical and applicable.
